  2. In a sauce pan add butter and finely chopped garlic and saute.
  3. Add half cup of tomato ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, Mustard powder, chilli powder and red chilli sauce.
  4. Note: if you don't hav onion powder or garlic powder or mustard powder or red chilli sauce, add half big onion, 4 garlic cloves, 3 teaspoon mustard, 4 dry red chilli and grind it very finely and extract the juice and use it in recipe
  5. Add 2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoon of vinegar
  6. Bring it to a boil and add little amount of salt and keep aside
  7. Green chutney:
  8. Add one handful of mint and coriander leaves in mixie jar. Add one piece of ginger, 1 green chilli and small strand of tamarind and Grind it well with little amount of water and salt.
  9. Pasta:
  10. Boil pasta with salt and olive oil until it finely cooked and blanch broccoli if you want.
  11. Note: vegetables are required as per your wish. I used onion, mushroom, capsicum and broccoli
  12. Add oil in the pan and add finely chopped green chilli and ginger. Add the vegetables as per your choice and saute well
  13. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute well with the vegetables
  14. Add green chutney and BBQ sauce at this stage. You can also use BBQ sauce bought in stores.
  15. Add pasta into the preparing sauce and cook it until the pasta and the sauce thickens very well and serve the dish
